Today was one of those days where I spent so much time feeling like I have no choices at all, that I forgot the choices I do have.
I remembered just in time though and did workout number 9 – definitely lacking in power in the heat but 15min in the aerobic zone including three intervals right up into the red zone, Max HR 181, and the rest in the (lower) fitness zone. Squats got done. All about managing to do what I can this one day.
Also remembered that I do have the choice to talk to others about what I’m going through, constructive chat with husband was had, feeling ready for tomorrow.
