Today I faced my RAGE, and won.
It took me an extra run (12mins anaerobic) on top of my morning swim, but I did it, and it’s all OK.
That’s it for now, and a wrap for the month.

  1. Good work 🙂 I tend to bump up the exercise as well when I get a bit worked up. Work it out they say…and nothing works it out better than a good run. It just puts everything into perspective.

    • Thanks 😀 what a great comment to wake up to! The whole process of dealing with it needs a post of its own, but I was amazed how quickly I felt better once I was out and running. Really a revelation.
