Today was a test of strength. After a brilliantly exhausting day yesterday (run + we get through quite a lot of dancing and squatting at karaoke!), today I was up for cycling first thing, and then went to help my friend smash up two small sheds (admittedly they were quite old) we had the tools out! We also started moving and building the new shed so all in all nearly 3 hours outside sweating. I was completely finished last night but when I got back this afternoon I was just completely gone and collapsed into bed for an hour’s nap. It’s funny but with all the outings and workouts and fun and physical activity and odd sleeping and working out my RAGE, I think I’ve really pushed my limits in terms of tiredness. Wondering how I’ll feel in the morning – ready for workout 24??
