Hello blog! It’s been a poor showing this quarter, I’ll admit.

But here I am, 90 days in.
75 workouts later.
18 gigs’ more experience including my first headline spot and charity gig.
10lb lighter.
Running faster, lifting heavier, and with more experience of archery.
Surrounded by friends.
Working out, one day at a time, what I want and how to get there.
